Shipping Policy
At Sebring Tea Company, we’re committed to delivering your teas fresh, fragrant, and on time. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and reflect the most accurate real-time rates available.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package to your door. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all tea sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll happily make it right through a replacement or store credit.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be unopened and unused.

You must provide a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

You are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is due to our error.
